As a pioneer for temporary work in the Ortenau region, Rottweil and the Breisgau area, acrobat was founded 1997 in Achern. Initially, the managing director, Ms. Sylvia Selinger, concentrated on classical "temporary work" - nowadays  called "personnel leasing"- in the commercial sector for helpers and skilled workers. Through the years, several business segments came along:


  • commercial and technical employees
  • domestic- and cleaning maids
  • medical personnel
  • highly qualified skilled workers

As one of the regional leading personnel service providers, acrobat by now employs over 25 employees in house and constantly educates apprentices. We care about our customer deployed employees, and we are competent with good personnel at our clients disposal.

The manner, how acrobat works with it's employees and clients, should be mentioned. The endeavor to always provide a special service, a grain more of perfomance and personnel for our clients, is deeply rooted in acrobat's genes. But the wellfare of our employees is just as important. No matter whether internal or external employees - there is no difference. As acrobat is like a big family which attaches importance to humanity and confidence, just a personnel service provider with a special "+" of service and heart!

Our last customer survey has revealed:

97 % of our clients are very pleased with the customer service and quality of acrobat.

95 % will recommend us.

91 % of our clients rate our services towards the competitors as superior.
